This is a bootleg tape i found at the local thrift shop.
I dont really understand if it's a concert or just some kind of obscure boring electronic music from the 80s.

Maybe this was the electronic version of free jazz from the 80s or maybe people were just crazy because Fax machine was just invinted and for them it sounded like dubstep.
